This Article is provided in accordance with, and subject to, the following Malaysian legislation:

Bhd. or the relevant rights holder. Unauthorised use may constitute an offence under the Copyright Act 1987, the Industrial Designs Act 1996, and/or the Trademarks Act 2019, and may attract civil and criminal penalties under Malaysian law.

The collection and processing of personal data through the Site is carried out in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia. Aveta International Sdn. Bhd. as a data user under the PDPA, observes the seven Personal Data Protection Principles (General, Notice and Choice, Disclosure, Security, Retention, Data Integrity, and Access) in handling personal data collected through the Site.

Bhd. and the User shall first use reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably, including, where appropriate, referral to mediation. Should no amicable resolution be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer redress mechanisms available to the User under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 (including recourse to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia, where applicable).
